The stand

Six glasses, kept in one place.

The goblets hang upside down from the arms of the stand, so they drain, stay free of dust and sit on show rather than in a cupboard. The base is a faceted block of glass, heavy enough to stay put.

Cut deep, then finished in gold.

Each bowl is cut in a diamond pattern, with gold painted along the rim, the foot and a band below the bowl. Red wine shows its colour through the cuts.
