Where is it?

Sign in with the email you ordered with and every order is there, with live carrier tracking. There is no password and nothing to set up — we email you a six-digit code.

What you’ll see
  1. Every order you’ve placed, with what shipped and what is still coming.
  2. Live carrier tracking — Shopify’s own status page for each parcel, updated by the courier.
  3. Your delivery address as we have it, so a typo is visible while it can still be fixed.
Nothing has moved in ten days? Reply to your dispatch email and we replace it or refund you in full.
How long it takes

Free tracked shipping on every order, to 32 countries, with an estimated 7–10 business days door to door. We ship direct from the maker rather than holding stock in a local warehouse. It is slower than a domestic warehouse, and it is the reason the price is what it is.

Duties and import taxes are calculated and charged at checkout for your country, so the courier never asks the recipient for money. That matters doubly when the parcel is a gift — nobody wants to hand over a present and an invoice.
