How long it takes

Free tracked shipping on every order, to 32 countries, with an estimated 7–10 business days door to door. We ship direct from the maker rather than holding stock in a local warehouse. It is slower than a domestic warehouse, and it is the reason the price is what it is.

Duties and import taxes are calculated and charged at checkout for your country, so the courier never asks the recipient for money. That matters doubly when the parcel is a gift — nobody wants to hand over a present and an invoice.
