A stainless steel fire pit that folds flat to 43 cm square and under 2 cm thick, then twists open into a 33 cm bowl for a real campfire. It weighs about 3.2 kg and packs into its own storage bag, so it slides in behind a car seat.
It goes from a flat sheet to a fire pit in one twist.
Folded, it is a single steel panel 1.8 cm thick, small enough to lean against a wall or lie flat in the boot. Open it and the hinged panels twist into a bowl that holds the fire off the ground.

The panels are 1.2 mm stainless sheet joined with riveted hinges, and the cut-out handles at the rim double as air holes. Nothing comes off, so nothing gets left at home.
