The colour is done by hand
Burnishing is pigment worked into the leather in layers and then polished back. How deep it goes is a judgement made by whoever is holding the cloth, not a setting on a machine. That is why the navy shifts from near-black at the seams to a lit blue across the panel, and why the bag that arrives will not be identical to the one photographed. If you need two things to match, this is the wrong bag.
